Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from TwoTides, a United Kingdom–based clothing brand. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation notice.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been removed


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at TwoTides.LTD@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return your items.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at TwoTides.uk@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund has not been received:

  1. Please check your bank account or payment method again.

  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank for further information.
