Shipping policy

At Two Tides, we aim to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

UK Shipping

We currently offer UK delivery.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order and delivery location.

Free Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

Orders below this amount will be charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Delays

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays can occasionally happen due to couriers, weather, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at TwoTides.LTD@gmail.com and we’ll look into it for you.

UK online sellers generally need to deliver goods within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with the customer.  

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [your email address]. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and allow time for the courier to complete their investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
